Key Scientific Documents
Relevant To the Three Forests
The Three Forest Coalition has sent a number of sets of key scientific documents to each of the Three Forests for use in their development and analysis of alternatives in their Forest Plan revisions.. Each document has implications for management of the Forests, and provides evidence of the need for the type of management that is proposed in the Sustainable Multiple Use Alternatives.
We also send a summary ("annotation") of each document, which describes:
- the nature of the scientific information/experiment/study;
- its major findings;
- questions it raises for the Forests; and
- its implications for management on the Forest.
